On seeing the topic, I just remember that I have crossed 29 and living in my 30. Everyone's perspective is different and why not, it's unique too. While considering the word age, I have come across many quotes in net saying age is just a number , Focus on your success at your age. It's nice to hear . isn't it? When I am asked my age, many people discouraged me with usual masalas such as you have reached 30;you have become aged ; a slight white hair appearing, wrinkles here and there, married and had kid too reached 30 now that's all about your life. What else you can do after this. Enough of hearing bad comments. Let me pick positives. Achievement is not only about getting gold medal and first mark. Being a good human being and understanding the purpose of our existence  is said to be as achievement on my terms. If you have earned so much of money, just remember this is not an end of the life. Try to revaluate yourself how many genuine people you have earned so far? how many people can do anything you say without any questions? how many people around you really want you to be happy and successful? If you are counting, your achievement lies there. You could sat that I didn't achieve anything so far. The answer is still the same. Age is just a number. You can make your dreams true even if you start working from the scratch today. Be the person who can be loved by everyone. Be the person who makes everyone happy. Be the person who acts as a shelter for the people who really share their sorrows with you and lastly, be the one among the achievers who started their life in their 30s

Some ppl say you have to be a woman to understand  the woman. 

But the truth is you can't even understand what happens though you are a woman

How hard she is crossing this phase everytime

It's the toughest phase of every woman to pass this without any irritations and mood swings.

You can see all the seasons on her during this phase. 

Ancient people say during periods she has to be in rest and she has to eat healthy as hormones go down during these days 

What people say nowadays , simply neglecting and hurting her by treating her with untouchability

In some areas, her own kids are not allowed to touch by her during these days. 

What an ignorance !

You people can argue it's a impure blood, she shouldn't enter kitchen, hall, lawn and even the security gate 

Think from her point of view, though she is restricted to the core, she is showering her love all over her family. 

We never know how to express her our love. 

How many times we have said love you's before marriage, 

And compare with after marriage. 

Does it mean that we don't have time for these cinematic things.

Never forget that movie reflects our lives.

It actually means that we have over confidence where she will be going once she has become mine ...

We never care for things that are with us , we come to know the value until it goes to someone or vanish ...

We  don't need to say love you's daily.

Atleast we can support her during those days by simple things such as cutting Vegetables,making her sit during her busy schedule whether she is a house wife or working ,  talk nicely with her , appreciate her atleast once in a blue moon.

Remember that she has her own chores 

We should not comment on her until we share her works. 

Disabled people exist only in thoughts. 

If we don't move ourselves an inch to help her , or simply eating her recipes and commenting the taste not good and worst  without going to kitchen or commenting she didnt keep the rooms clean without sharing her household chores. 

When we do these, of course we are disabled people too. 

All she need is nothing but the care during these days.

 Here's my first step to come out of my male chavunism which is created by this society,
